I talk a lot..I'm usually smiling about something.. I don't know my limits.. I like time in the hammock, on my bike, on my skateboard, with friends & family, with wine, camping, potato cakes, salty crisps and a little beer once in a while. I should really avoid..caffeine..the cold.. those sweets that broke my tooth..high places.. and biting off more than I can chew.
